A person’s writing skills are very important in his or her life because it is based on a person’s writing skills his or her job depends to a great extent. Improved writing skills also boost up a person’s confidence. For example, in most of the work places, whether one is writing memos internally or communicating with other present clients or just managing- writing skills should be up to mark and it forms a very important part of a person’s work area. The first step is spending several days reading through the entire selection. Read the chapters more than once. Look for themes or a general message. I had a college philosophy professor require that we keep a personal dictionary. This meant that when we would come across a word we didn’t know, we would write it down and keep our own list of new words. I wish a teacher in jr. high or high school had required this of me as I have continued to fill a journal of new words that I come across. This not only expands vocabulary, but it also gets students in the habit of seeking knowledge for themselves. Plus underneath it all, they are writing. Even if its just copying from a dictionary.
During the research phase, you need to go to the library or scour the internet and find out about what has been written before. Read as much as you can about it and try to find an existing problem that needs solving or come up with something that you think might or might not work for your topic. Keep in mind that whatever research material you used, keep track on them because you will certainly need them for citations in your case study.
Today you will find a large amount of writing articles for internet websites or blogs. You will be writing to an audience that wants you to talk to them like you would a good friend sitting in your living room having a conversation. Try to get that type of writing style and you will be more able to sell your articles to potential clients.

Over the past few years, bookstores like Barnes and Noble and Borders and even small local stores have transformed themselves into places that encourage people to “come sit and read.” With the addition of tables and couches, the message is that they want people to stay, and many students have taken the suggestion. Bookstores have many of the same advantages as libraries.
When you are conversing with your teen, don’t try to give lectures, as they don’t work. Try to maintain conversations regularly with your teen to stay connected with his life, friends and studies. When your teen is convinced that you are making honest effort in making his life positive, then there are higher chances of getting favorable results.
