Our software/hardware System has the Following capabilities:-
- It is a computer program had an integrated modular designed to perform various calculations which incorporating Force and Stress Analysis and Fluid Circulation which are used as coiled tubing job simulator for a wide range of applications.
- All capabilities for Data Acquisition and Real Time Processing to record all job data
- A management tool used to maximize the safe use of coiled tubing strings by Fatigue Analysis tracks the life consumption of individual coiled tubing strings as well as parts of the strings that are subject to jobs carried out in wells or in the yard, indicating consumption levels per job.
- All of that come with Real-time Electronic Acquisition & Monitoring with Human Machine Interface user-friendly that reads data from electronic sensors and displays it on touch-screen, which acts as both an input and an output device.
- The system records the data on solid-state compact flash memory and allows remote monitoring of the data.
